Putting my foot down - deciding to write about my experiences.
As 2020 draws to a close(even through its August, this feels like a close) , I feel myself hurtling through time and travel memories becoming more precious because the pandemic has rendered us all travel-less. During the last few months, I started reminiscing many moments and travel stories and I decided to make a video blog to capture and share my experience. After a year of rethinking, brainstorming, procrastination, I realized that my brain cannot think linearly. Every time I set out to resume editing a video, I find myself changing the music, sequence and tone. Hence, I have taken the decision to pen down (type) my experiences and share my photos as I create more room for newer and exciting memories down the road.
I might go in a more haphazard manner, but I would like to start of with my experience at Umea School of Architecture, Sweden. I spent 6 months as an exchange student and It has been the most rewarding time as a student of architecture. I had the opportunity to learn many different cultures, meet new people, make good friends and loads of memories. I just went with one goal - not letting go of one moment without exploring or being adventurous. I probably left the people of Umea thinking of me as the Indian guy who just doesn't stay in one place. This travel diary does not have any structure, but it will have some written stories, photos and videos. So, buckle up and enjoy the journey and my experiences I have to share.
P.S : This post was edited so many times over the course of two months :P
